Your dream wedding deserves a venue that combines historic charm with modern elegance. The Barley Room at Pabst, located in the heart of Milwaukee’s Brewery District, offers a stunning backdrop for your special day.

Housed in the beautifully restored 1889 Pabst Brewing Company Bottling House, this venue blends exposed cream city brick and industrial details with an intimate, open floor plan.

Located within walking distance of top hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues like Fiserv Forum and the Deer District, The Barley Room offers convenience and charm for an unforgettable celebration.

What are The Barley Room’s Event Hours?

Event duration must include time needed for set up, break down, and clean up.

What are the Venue’s Rates?

Rates are seasonal and vary based on the day of the week.

Is there parking available at this venue?

Parking is available at The Brewery parking structure owned by Interstate Parking and located one block north of the structure.

Is there Audio Visual Equipment?

Audio visual equipment is available upon request.

Is The Barley Room changing its beverage service?

Starting January 1, 2026, Wisconsin’s new Barn Law requires all wedding venues, community centers, barns, and event spaces to operate under a Tavern B liquor license. This applies statewide and affects how alcohol is served at events.

Can we still bring our own beverages?

Yes—limited BYOB is still allowed. You may bring certain beverages such as soda, water, mixers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Ask our team for the full list of what’s permitted.

How will alcohol be served?

We now offer a cash or credit bar staffed by licensed professionals. This keeps everything compliant while remaining extremely affordable for couples and guests.

Are there minimums or required drink packages?

No! There are no minimum spend requirements, no guest spending minimums, and no forced packages. You only pay for what your guests choose.
