At The Barley Room, flexibility and affordability have always been part of our philosophy. While we previously offered full BYOB, upcoming state regulations require a small shift in how beverages are served—without sacrificing value or choice.
With the new Barn Law taking effect on January 1, 2026, all wedding venues, community centers, and event spaces are now required to operate under a Tavern B liquor license. To stay compliant while continuing to serve our couples and clients best, we’ve introduced an updated beverage service that is simple, affordable, and guest-friendly.
The good news? We’ve worked hard to make this transition budget-conscious and flexible, offering some of the most affordable drink packages in the industry, with no minimum spend requirements and options that still allow limited BYOB where permitted. Whether you’re planning a full bar, a cash or credit bar, or even a non-alcoholic event, we’ve got you covered.
We’re happy to walk you through what’s allowed and help you choose the most affordable, stress-free setup for your event. Ask us about our flexible beverage service when you schedule your tour!
